Barbara's attorney fees are primarily hourly-based, with some flat-fee services offered. $185.00/hour, billed in increments of 1/10 hour with some services based on minimum time charges. Estate Planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and medical directives:**   An all-inclusive flat fee is charged for the preparation, witnessing and notorization of basic wills, testamentary trusts, revocable living trusts, joint trusts, and separate trusts for married individuals owning more than the exclusion amount. The flat fees for the trusts include the preparation of pour-over wills and deeds. Discounts are given for documents for married couples where the documents are similar in content.
