TRADITIONAL DIVORCE

Divorce is extraordinarily stressful to endure. Regardless of the circumstances, divorce marks the end of a very important chapter -- but also the start of fresh beginning.

In granting a divorce, the Court will dissolve the bonds of matrimony and ultimately sign a Judgment of Divorce which orders the divorce decree, and also outlines your custody/parenting time and the division of assets/debts.

Through the divorce process, all of your assets and debts will be identified, valued, and divided between you and your spouse. Michigan law provides for an equitable distribution of assets and debts - which is not always "equal."

Divorce is hard. You do not have to do it alone. The consequences of divorce are long-lasting. Hiring a strong advocate and knowledgeable counselor now is imperative to protect your interests.

Wise Law, PLLC is now accepting clients for traditional divorce matters. Call today to learn more.
